Gary & Dee Le Petit - Principal Franchisors Gary & Dee Le Petit are the principal franchisors and founders of Green Door’s unique dual private sale/agent sale business model. This innovative approach to real estate provides vendors with their choice of selling through Green Door using either a private sales marketing package or by engaging the services of one of their team of licensed real estate salespeople. Gary and Dee started their first Green Door operation in January 2005 and have continued to develop the brand to bring an increasing range of high-value services to the real estate marketplace. The couple has been involved in real estate for over twenty years, buying, selling and investing in residential and commercial property in a number of countries including the UK, the United States, the UAE and, since 2003, New Zealand. Gary is qualified to master’s degree level and, prior to his years running Green Door, operated a marketing consultancy business. Dee's corporate experience was forged in the field of private banking and, especially, in wealth management, where she was responsible for managing teams looking after the investment portfolios of high net worth clients. Gary and Dee also previously jointly owned and operated a boutique advertising business which they subsequently sold to allow them to concentrate on Green Door. Gary and Dee have drawn extensively on their wide range of international experience and applied this to the creation of a genuinely customer-focused business, the principal aim of which continues to be the delivery of the highest possible level of quality service and value-laden results for each and every client that Green Door has the privilege to work with. |
